Presentation Guidelines

The conference will be delivered over a professional platform, Zoom, and managed by a highly competent and experienced technical team. The conference platform is supported with text-based chat, Q&A box, questions with polls as well. The time allocated to each presenter is 20 minutes (15′ presentation followed by a 5′ for Q&A).
However, speakers should be virtually present to answer questions and participate in the discussion for their entire session. All registered attendees can attend all technical sessions and switch from session to session as well.
Participants access the session of their choice by entering a virtual room via a hyperlink. Participants can use a Q&A box (similar to a chat) to ask questions during and after the presentations.
The session’s chairperson will then select a few questions, depending on the time allocated for the discussion.
All sessions will be Fully Recorded for post-conference streaming so that all registered attendees can revisit the sessions. Please note that we automatically assume that presenters accept their recorded presentation to be made available to participants for post-conference streaming on the i3cat.org website. In case of refusal, presenters need to notify us at info@i3cat.org by 10 September 2023, and the secretariat will manage their requests.
